Alcazaba Hotel Johannesburg

Great place for shopping, felt like home. Late check-out was useful. Parking was nearby and we didn't mind paying extra usd 3 per day. The location was central, really close to night market, Fordsburg and Alcazaba Lodges, friendly front desk Assistants, helpful porters.

The location was magnificent and marvellous, close to many restaurants, Oriental Plaza, Johannesburg. Went to Thatchers Pub and Grill for drink or two, set at a short distance from the hotel.

The property seemed fairly clean and the room was warm. All the staff were fabulous, accommodating. Perfect location, within walking distance of Co-op Studio.

I loved spending my time in this fairly clean brand-new hotel. The staff were easygoing and absolutely kind made my stay such wonderful. The breakfast was reasonably good with a wide array of food and hot drinks. The property was set in a central area really close to shops.

Perfectly located hotel with beautiful staff. Lovely beds and climate control, sound-proofed windows and two windows. We loved the music bar. Walking distance to the amazing beach. It was an excellent experience, good value.

Gorgeous location, relaxing rooms, decent staff. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Absolutely stunning breakfast, good food, reasonably priced. The pool had a sauna and parasols. A stunning beach, charming view. Apart from that, carlton centre was 10 minutes away by driving.

The place turned out to be good value in comparison to other hotels. We loved almost every detail, including staff and facilities. Good beds, climate control, soundproof windows and two windows in the room.

All in all, I spent my time really good. A handy kitchenette was a plus. Hotel's guard helped me a lot! As picky eaters I really enjoyed to be close to a wide array of restaurants, went to Calisto's couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.
